Reporting a wrong figure
The most useful report names the model, the variant and the figure you expected, with where you saw it. Certification numbers change when a model is updated, and sources do not always agree with each other, so a second source settles it quickly.
Asking for a model
Models are added as manufacturers publish their certification figures. If a car is missing it is usually because no figure has been published for it yet, not because it was skipped. Electric cars are not listed at all: they have no kilometres per litre to report.
